Refunds & Returns
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- A refund has been approved as an exception by our support team
If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number.
All refund/ return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Delays
We do not offer refunds for orders that arrive later than expected. Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. In rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Cancellations

Exchanges

Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping in all other approved cases.
